Getting a baby to sleep during a photoshoot is like trying to herd cats. Sometimes, no matter what you do, they just won’t sleep. This can be frustrating, for both parents and the photographers. While the grown-ups struggle to get the perfect shot the baby’s just not into it. Just remember that with a little patience and perseverance, even the most stubborn baby will eventually drift off to dreamland. And if they don’t, well in the future those candid shots will be fun memories!

Babies cry, it’s what they do! During a photoshoot, a fussy baby can throw a wrench in the works. But, as experienced photographers we know how to handle these situations with ease. We’ll take breaks when needed, soothe the baby until they’re calm, and ensure they’re well-fed and comfortable. After all, a full belly makes a happy baby. A happy baby makes for a beautiful photo!
